Exhibitor Information: Exhibitor tables are $450.00 per table. Payment must be received by October 4th to secure a table. Please note, limited space is available and the event is extremely popular. Tables will not be available for purchase on the day of the event. Vendors are welcome to attend the presentations.
Request for Door Prizes/ silent auction items: IPAC BC is requesting door prizes and silent auction items; please indicate if your company can offer items for fundraising and door prizes. Please coordinate with Lisa Krueckl (email listed below).
Meal Sponsorship: We invite vendors to sponsor the meals for the day (morning coffee, lunch, breaks). Vendors who sponsor meals will be acknowledged in the event brochure. Please coordinate with Lisa Krueckl (email listed below).
