Dear BC Chapter Members,
On behalf of the IPAC Education Day committee, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2024 IPAC BC Education Day. Your participation, energy and enthusiasm made the day a great success, and it was inspiring to see so many passionate individuals dedicated to infection prevention and control.
We are incredibly grateful to our fantastic lineup of speakers who shared their knowledge and expertise, helping to deepen our understanding and spark meaningful conversations throughout the day. From impactful keynotes to interactive sessions, the discussions showcased the importance of collaboration and innovation in our field. A special thank you also goes out to our amazing vendors for their contributions, which added tremendous value and helped enrich the day.
To our hardworking committee members, your dedication and collaboration brought this event to life. Together, we created a space for learning, connection and innovation. Looking ahead, we’re already thinking about how to make next year’s event even bigger and better! If you’re interesting in contributing to this vision, we’re always looking to welcome new members to the committee.

If you are interested in presenting a topic of interest at one of our upcoming Chapter meeting, please contact the IPAC BC Past President at IPACBC@ipac-canada.org and review and submit the presentation application and guidelines form.
IPAC Scholarships
In 2020 IPAC BC offered $4,500 in general education scholarship funding to our members in addition to the annual Moira Walker award of $1000. An additional $750 is available for CIC education funding.
